Do we have an actual screenshot of what this phat will look like yet?
Or is it just the concept art?

I don't trust Jagex to not mess this up. With how things have been, I'm afraid it's going to look completely different from a regular party hat :I

It'll look different in the sense that it'll have particle effects, and even with lowest settings it will look orange (to not be mistaken for a yellow party hat). Shape-wise, nobody knows. Bob says:
