It seems jagex want a big fat bonus this christmas... summer vip members wont get the shard!

Ive still got 10 months left and they expect me to purchase yet another year just for this benefit, what a scandal...

Castias, well you get it if you buy it before the 3th of january, as after that you cant earn shards, and 14 days after that they turn to dust (the shards you got).

No you do not as this is a perk of the 2022 VIP membership.

Not the 2021/summer membership.

So why would you think you would?

Its weird enough that they rereleased everything for the summer membership when they only usually did a few things, but now you're asking for perks from something totally unrelated?

This is a completely reasonable complaint. I too bought the premier club just 2 months ago which means that I would have to purchase it again just to get this one benefit. The rest of the benefits would overlap meaning it would be useless... a solution would be to have the new membership discounted depending on what has already been used by the purchaser. I'd totally be down to rebuy if it was 75% off since I've only used less that 1/4 of the 12 months

Nope as this wouldnt make jagex as much money and just because you only used so much of it doesnt mean you should get a discount.

I only used so much of the time too yet you dont hear me asking for one.

Also, why are ppl complaining about this one, yet in every year thus far, you have been ok with the new memberships and it giving new perks?
