Fresh start email issue

i'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but when i go to sign up for the fresh start thing it says check your email after you input it on the page and when i go to look for the email it's not there. and yes i did check my spam section. there's nothing.

Im sure this is due to the obvious issue that loads of ppl are trying at the same time.

Thus its clogging up the servers or w/e jagex uses to send these out.
