We may be a few days away from getting a high end item in the game - Shard of Erebus.

What do you think it will be and where do we use it?

From the 70+ combat stats requirements, it seems like it is combat related.

I feel reasonably confident that it's just going to be Elder God Wars equivalent of the Shards of Zaros and Mah (presumably carrying around a chunk of Anathema will be an incentive for anything loyal to the Elder Gods to stay away), providing aggro protection from the creatures of the Dungeon and maybe some sort of passive bonus to the dungeon like the multiplier cap increase from the Mah shard.
