any word on when they will let people change smoke color on 120 master max cape?

I don't recall any ETAs being provided for the Game Jam projects.

There were images of the updated interface on that news post, so I can't imagine that it would be too long before it's released.

It should be soon, but not really a high priority project, especially a GameJam one and there are few people who have the level 120 in all skills. I am a Master Max Cape owner myself, but I don't mind to wait a little longer as long as they keep getting us high quality, high priority, refreshing graphic refresh in the Overworld and Underworld.

I am not sure about "smoke" or "rainbow", but I have heard of a GameJam project on particle effects.
