Will I be able to upgrade these items while augmented when zammy boss comes? I need my blue charms back.

the weapons arnt used in the upgrade process. you make the enchantments and it gives direct buffs if you use the weapons the enchantments are for. pssst....we know who you are. Hail Sithis!
