Hi guys,

I've downloaded Steelseries GG on my computer

Got the code from Steelseries GG

Redeemed my code at the link provided

However i have yet to receive my reward

Did I miss any step in redeeming the code?

Note: I have yet to use the TH keys that i've gotten from previous year's promotion, is that what's causing the issue?

I have tried to access my SteelSeries account for over a week without success. I have lost count of how many requests for a password reset I have made. My E-mail is working fine. I just receive nothing from SteelSeries, not in my inbox, spam folder, or anywhere - no reply.

I had no problem claiming the first RS giveaway package, or logging in before.

I have since uninstalled the GG and scrubbed my laptop.

Disappointing.
