The New Dive Ability is able to be used without finishing the quest that it says it required to have to be done.

i assume its because you have already unlocked bladed dive from shattered worlds.

Yes I have bladed dive, but its greyed out and says requested quest to use. But I can still use it enen without a weapon on.
