So Talking to Bob the Builder..err Bill the status of my buildings all show tier three (3 stars) and all but the Chapel lists the tier 3 rewards

the Chapel however says....Building yet to be Constructed

Its Definitely built.. definitely tier 3...is this a bug?

Yes I do see "swap prayers"..and Bill says its tier 3 with three stars..but under the rewards it says "Building yet to be Constructed"

one. No Jmod suggested Saradomin Chapel for us.

As for OP's issue, I don't see there is any rewards regarding the chapel. Perhaps they should just try to change the customization and see if it solves whatever "problem".
