Just tested and confirmed proteans no longer work with contracts.

Ah well, was good while it lasted but now I REALLY cba with doing those going for the Construction outfit

Protean planks don't seem to work for grapevines either.

They don't work for flat packs in your POH workshop any more, either.

This update actually gives more reasons to do Consturction Contracts. Without being able to use stackable protean planks for many activities, it makes Plank Box a lot more useful.

mermaid's purse decoration is now worth doing weekly to stack up planks that you need for contracts since protean planks were nerfed

I do that weekly all the time, because of the free Elite Clue Scroll and not the planks though. Now I am actually getting a few more gp worth of planks.
