Unable to upgrade t90 tank nec

In order to upgrade to t90 necro gear I need to kill the gwd2 bosses. I was fighting Greg with 200 greater plasma in my inventory but I'm not getting the item that I need. Am I doing something wrong?
I am in full necro gear with the greater plasma in my inventory.

I am in full necro gear with the greater plasma in my inventory. do you have the task from kili? And its only 25 greater necroplasm if you don't have the task you don't get the necromantic seals as i killed gwd2 bosses to help friend get them and they didn't drop as i already finished task The Oldest and Wisest of Wolves.
