With necromancy, the ghost hunter gear should return this Halloween event. It is too difficult to farm at the moment. It's the best gear to train at least up to 70 in necromancy, with the salve amulet (e).

They probably will be possible rewards from this year's Halloween Event... or maybe even earlier from the 3rd Necromancy boss.
