Elder trees always have their own mechanics that are totally different from other trees. It should remain so to enhance their great and now even much greater values thanks to their awesomeness in construction now. If elder trees spawn left and right they won't be valuable to the economy so we'll rather see them remain scarce.

Stone spirits are great as they are scare resources too, because bird's nests are still scarce resource and untradeable too. Besides, we only get bird's nests and therefore stone spirits only from WC. The ones who get stone spirits are likely to use them themselves. Good for their own persona gain and does no harm to the robust RS3 economy.

Anyway, Jagex were "racists" when they only allowed us to chop teak and mahog exclusively in Tai Bwo Wanni. So what?

They are actually more liberal now if you want more magic and maple trees in the Grove, we can do so in our new player owned tree patch.

I was definitely expecting some maples in there. I guess it doesn't matter, there are plenty to find.

But the WORST part of this update is the 500 foot tall oak tree that blocks my view of the elder tree.

DELETE!

IDK how stuff like that gets into the game. Serious. If you insist, put it in the background. North is up.

This kind of very nice 3D graphics stuff gets in RS3 because we have extremely flexible customization options and camera angles. For instance, we can just hold the mouse wheel and dictate what we want to see in the 3D RS3 world where other older games with 2D graphics can't do well. :)
