im lvl 42 and trying to spend a point to get command skeleton warrior, but it says i dont meet requirements, where do i find out what the requirements are. i cant seem to find them

You hit the number on the left. The tier number. You must of unlocked all the abilities of the tier below. For example to unlock anything on tier 3, all abilities on tier 2 must be unlocked.

As I recall, Command Skeletal Warrior takes 60 souls held and a total of 2 talent points earned during combat with any NPCs. Summon Skeleton Warrior must also be unlocked first.

Edit: it's 50 souls, not 60
