Does anyone know how it's unlocked?
The list of skill levels doesn't say anything about it and the wiki just that there's no info yet about the criteria.
When I click on it, I say there's no one there to care for it and it should be left alone. I'm at lvl 43.

when trying to interact with it it says there is no one tending it. i assume that means a farming npc needs to be unlocked in order to use it. it may be quest related or it depends on level and number of souls collected.
