jagex account import issue?

ive been using the launcher for a while and decided to upgrade to the account last night. I went through the process of making a Jagex account and I got my main account imported. It asked if I wanted to import any other accounts, I said yes and I input my then credentials for my alt and i thought that was that. Opened my Jagex launcher today and went to see if my accounts transferred seamlessly and my alt wasn't there. I tried to input its email and password but it said they're not the correct credentials. Am i missing something?

Did you get an email on the alt to say it's been imported/ or on the new account email? Should have got 1 on each.

Did you try and log in on the old Runescape launcher with the alt and old log in info?

Check the support centre and contact them if you have too but expect a long wait for a reply than normal.

On the new launcher there is a drop-down menu you have to click to see the other accounts you added but I am sure you know that. The old log in info will be worthless if the account transferred over.
