As you can see in this imgur post there was a broken double harpoonfish spot at tempoross for one game. I reported in game but wanted to post these screenshots here. The cold of Wintertodt seeps into your bones...

Go ask the OSRS players in the OSRS forum perhaps?

But TBH, there animation bugs are quite common when new graphics updates interact with old objects.

Just report them. If they affect gameplay or game integrity they are likely to be fixed. Otherwise, they may be low priorities or just ignored.
