This is closed as you have not made it clear what your topic is about, and therefore it is spam.

You cannot buy extra double xp time.

If you are referring to Nic the Trader, whom players can trade unused DXP time to (limit of trading one hr per day), this is not a 'recent' update as it was available for the past two DXP Live events as well.
