Slayer codex forgotten?

I think the Slayer codex was forgotten in regards to the slayer categori update from Fort Forinthry.

I am working on filling my codex, but end up with souls I already have.
Killing Shadow warriors, which I don't have, give a ghost in the ushabti.
Crawling hand give a zombi, and not a crawling hand soul.

Please fix...I wasted 2 ushabti's now, couse I didn't check my ushabti before adding it.

Why would I? 1 bottle, one type of monster to kill, that was missing in codex........one bottle filled.....but darn, wrong soul ended up in the bottle

Edit: So far

Shadow warrior is ghost
Crawling hand is zombie
Banshee is ghost
Skeletal Wyvern is skeleton

I do have to say tho, I find it very annoying that Jagex/runescape can't seem to use their own forum for posts like that. I play Runescape, I don't use Reddit, FB, Twitter or any of those.
