Hero Pass Purchase Levels

Can anyone provide context on why I keep getting "You're currently unable to purchase this item" when I try to purchase levels in the new Hero Pass?

Also, why can I no longer convert the Bonds I paid actual money for into credits to purchase levels? These were purchased during the last Yak Track for exactly this purpose. Is that now wasted money?

Ok, thanks. Then why do they have that option showing still? It's a large box on the right side of the "Rewards" window. Literally says "Purchase Levels".

When you click on it, you go to another screen that shows purchases for "underworld emblems" or "hero pass levels". If they removed this option, why is it still showing up?

Also, I guess I wasted money on the damn bonds.

I guess RS3 is just making a more visible statement they removed MTX and pay to win from buying levels in Hero Pass. Don't you often see all kinds of companies showcasing their better offers like:

"What a bargain! our plushie at only $29.99 , $9.99 now!"


Fortunately in RS3 bonds can be used to get plenty of in game benefits. You can use them for not just membership, RS3 gp, but plenty of other goodies.
