the slayer codex is messed up.

I am trying to fill my slayer codex. Killed Shadow warriors in legends guild...turned out to be filling my ushabti with a ghost. Then I tried crawling hand, which turned out to fill my ushabti with something other than a crawling hand.

How are we supposed to fill our slayer codex when monsters have been changed ?

So far: Shadow warrior Legends guild- soul of a ghost
Crawling hands Slayer tower- soul of a zombie
Banshee Slayer tower - soul of a ghost
