On first login, your live save is imported into the Beta. You can re-import your save into the Beta once per hour.
Once you’ve given the changes a try, share your feedback with our team through the following channels:

This initial Beta Thread (more subsequent threads may be created as the Beta progresses).
Plus: as the Beta progresses we will look to include in-game polls on Beta worlds.
Please note that not everything that is showcased in the Beta will automatically make its way into the live game. We will endeavour to work with players to refine the changes shown and bring them into the live game when they’re ready!

You can have an account in the main game with the launcher, exit at task bar and open another account in the beta at the same time. Won't work having the same account on both games.....If that info helps anyone.

Ok noob question from the least informed of technical knowhow but how do I get back to main game from the Beta please?
close out of the game [x] then go bottom right (windows pc) and click [^] and right-click the launcher icon to 'exit' then load up the jagex launcher how you usually would.

The Combat Beta is up and running smoothly much better than I expected.
Good thing to see Jagex, or at least RS3, can make Beta works after seeing the company claimed issues and cancelling some beta testing a couple of months ago.
I always like combat beta. It is more than about testing new content, but free death and resources on testing out existing content too.
We should have another milestone briefing from the RS3 team on what's the next phase, as typically they wouldn't go on livestreaming for nothing in recent months.
We got to really appreciate the technical merits of RS3 and the Combat Beta, regardless what's our individual opinions on how we balance combat, given the burning technical issues Jagex is having elsewhere now.
I am expecting some sneak peak on how the upcoming Battle of Forinthry rewards would change combat contour in phase 3 of this combat beta.
