Very bad, every time I resize the window everything is so grainy I have to put on binoculars to even read a chat window. And I dont even wear glasses though I suspect I am going to need some after playing for awhile after this update. No idea what the heck happened but I am totally disappointed. It's seriously ridiculous. Been playing since 2006 approximately, and never been more wholeheartedly disconcerted by an update until now, in 2023 nearly 2024. What the heck Jagex. O_o ]

And its not JUST the chatbox, its EVERYTHING ELSE TOO!!!!

It seems more like your monitor screen is out of focus. From the image your provided, the blue background doesn't cover the entire screen, noticeably not the right bottom corner of your chat box.

Perhaps you can try to adjust your monitor settings, or follow this Microsoft support solution to see if it works better for you:

Not sure about eoc but it's not right on legacy interface. I have 2-4 accounts running on 1 screen and have always been able to resize to fit perfectly but since Monday it looks weird. Not to bothered as chat box normally closed to give more area to click. Full screen and half screen are both fine but not when you go to quarter screen as the whole layout changes and legacy is meant to be fixed in place.
