Just wondering when we will be getting the shop and when will we be able to get the herbs and spices?

Probably at the conclusion of Fort Forinthry: Necromancy, which is also the beginning of the introduction to the Necromancy skill. After that, Fort Forinthry's stories will continue in a new direction unrelated to Necromancy. By then, warfare is pretty much contained and we begin to establish shops, GE and trading in the fort. It sounds like July 2023.
