Problem with Well of Souls

Help! I am at necromancy level 80. have over 3900 souls in the well of souls, and 14/18 Talent points. I've completed Necromancy!, Rune Mythos, Vessel of the Harbinger, Spirit of War and Tomes of the Warlock yet I can't unlock anything past tier 2. I feel like I've missed something, but have no idea what. the tasks above all show completed. Any ideas? Appreciate any ideas as this is driving me crazy.

you have to put a point in each tier first, make sure u have actually unlocked the first tier 1 point

At 60 Necromancy, max soul outputs per ritual = 124.

(4000 + 8500) / 124 = about 100 rituals or an hour of actual ritual time.

At 90 Necromay, max soul outputs per ritual = 255

35000 / 255 = 137 rituals or less than 1.5 hours of actual ritual time.

If you are going for the talent points and skill tree unlocks, you only need 2.5 hours of actual ritual time. It is really not much.
