Cannot use Necro Incantations

I am Necro level 48, tier 3, but I can't use Incantations because both it and the Necromancy tab display "currently not available". Yes, I have done all the early quests, in fact I'm doing Vessel of the Harbinger - but I cannot complete it as I cannot do the Conjure Skeletal Warrior incantation

Incantations: The City of Um Teleport Incantation is a reward from the Necromancy! Quest, so you should have at least that available to you at level 24, along with the level 25 Lesser Bone Shield.


Abilities: Conjure Skeletal Warrior is an ability. From your screenshot, it looks like you've unlocked it from the Skill Tree. And you should also have the Necromancy ability available

I'm not sure why your Necromancy tab is showing as locked. It also seems that you are not the only one with this issue. Please do submit a Bug Report on this.

Thx for confirming legacy mode players can't use necromancy. Very unfair.

Skill tree is actually EOC abilities.

Absolutely, and I don't know why some people think they should use Legacy mode for everything Necromancy combat when we should all know Legacy Mode can't do everything for us in the 3 regular combat skills.
