I sold my best gear in the game to get this armor, and instead of being gold like in OSRS it's faded yellow instead. It might as well be bronze armor, also where's the Kiteshield at from OSRS? What a waste of three Bonds
Thanks for letting us know the product is subpar. I'll be taking a break from buying bonds until July, hopefully it'll be actually gold like it's supposed to.
I had the same problem with past items/overrides and it's not funny. I understand your frustration
My only advice is to search for an actual image depicting a player's avatar using the item/override e.g. RS Wiki, YouTube video or other RS related sites, before actually buying it. That'll save money and effort. Only downside is you can't always find the exact item/override in all colors, in case it can be recolored with or without Prismatic Dyes.
Leveling +110 all skills and completing stuff here and there
This game is RS3, not OSRS. Of course, retro RS3 items aren't OSRS items. Besides, why should retro RS3 items look like OSRS items but not RSC items that are the actual classic ones.
Surely you as a player from 2006 should understand what I'm going through. I used to wear full Gilded armor in 2007 with the Firemake cape t, and now it looks like faded Bronze armor. It's called retro for a reason after all not RS3 Gilded, or Reforged Gilded no it's RS2 Gilded/ Pre EOC.

Retro is a style of the past, not exactly the same item of the past.
Surely you as a player from 2023 should understand OSRS items aren't the retro equivalent of RSC items, especially when when you use a HD 3PC like Runelite.
