Augmented Necro Equip Bug?

It seems that my Augmented Necromancy equipment doesn't use any charges. Was grinding for a while and when I checked it seemed odd. Did a Hermod fight to make sure it will be a longer fight and didn't lose any there despite the 4.4/s drain rate.
Bug report submitted but wanted to post here to see if I might be missing something.

I just checked and I am definitely losing charges. Even at Hermod. I have T80 weapons and T70 armor.

Augmented items drain charges. Nothing different from what I see neither.
