Both escape and surge are missing from range/mage abils. i have the levels and show locked/unavailable ticked but the aren't showing up.

My surge is still keybinded and works but still missing escape.

For me, it seems that Escape is missing from the range abilities.

I am missing Escape from the range abilities powers tab. Everyone I have spoken with has reported the same thing. I have completed a bug report but I don't know how quickly this will get resolved. I'm not sure how to escalade the issue Dark Lord 9

As of Monday this week, Escape and Surge are level 30 Agility abilities, and no longer level 30 Range / Magic abilities.

The abilities are still there, you just need the Agility level to use it.

That is not true. The escape ability does not appear (for most) even if they have the agility requirements, in any powers tab. All that has come before has lead up to this, that which is not absolute.
