You make the bars at Kili's FORGE, not at the ritual site. There is a bank chest near Kili. Just like SMITHING other bars, we know what ingredients we need when we open the SMITHING inteface at the FORGE, there is not really a need to look up anything elsewhere, even if you don't remember something like it takes a bronze, iron and steel bar each to make a necro bar.
There are handly teleports to Kili and the ritual site we can unlock at very low Necromancy level too. Essentially, we don't need to run around if we just do the early quests and the Easy and Medium City of Um Diaries. I strongly recommend doing the low level Necromancy quests/diaries for a dirt low opportunity cost for immense return of present and future RS3 Necromancy return.
