No low level Necromancy Prayer

Hi, when i got to level 70 I went to talk to Selene about prayers for the first time. She offered to teach me prayers, but only the level 70 or above ones. Hard luck me, because now I can't get the 7 the lower level necromancy prayers. I have reported this as a bug and hope to speak to Selene again very soon to get my missing prayers.

I unlocked some prayers now with Selene for level 60,61 and it unlocked an achievement.
