So I didnt realize there was an achievement for perfect build because Jagex failed to release good info on this update. Anyway ...

What happens if you are already tier 3 and you want to do a tier 1 to complete achievement?

You need to do a tier 1 to complete a tier 2 which you need to complete a tier 3, therefore if you already have tier 3, you'd have already completed tier 1.

You are able to reinforce each building by re-building any of the three tiers. Reinforcing the buildings does not change the building, so you can keep your tier 3 statues and reinforce with whichever tier you want.

I hope this answers your question.

As far as I'm aware, you don't see the percentage you've built each building in the Fort, I can't see anywhere to do it.

However, I did exactly what a lot of people seem to be doing, I built everything to tier 3 then realised that I hadn't got the 'Perfect' achievement.

So, to echo A Cole, you can build a lower tier for each building without it affecting your highest tier. I redid tier 1 for the chapel and made sure that I only built on the building spots that were sparkling so that I got the achievement. You do need to watch all the time because, if you keep building on the same spot when the sparkle moves, you don't get the achievement.

Just to reiterate, rebuilding a lower tier doesn't remove your higher tier.

Hope that helps.

You can always check the highest tiers of what buildings you have built from the Blueprint Table. However, to me, the easiest way to tell is just look at the benefits of the facilities in the building I am in.

Yes, AFAIK, many players don't find it so "easy" to get the Perfect Build achievement completed in a few trials as some RSOF users claimed.

Anyway, I strongly suggest going for Perfect Build at T1 hotspots. Eventually you will get it done.

Hello
It help to build the tier 1 again.
Thats the only thing you need to do.
You don,t need to build tier 2 or 3 to get it.
Thats what i been doing.
Only tier 1 to build to get the build perfect after you build all the other tiers
hello mine has been fixs i hope all yours too.

Are we required to rebuild ever single building by all three tiers? If not, how can you tell if a single building was already made with a perfect build? For example, the chapel is a perfect build, but tier 2 of the range workshop needs to be redone to complete the achievement, how can you tell?
