With the recent reveal of Raptor's identity, I am not worried that it is the Queen of Varrock under the helmet.

What I am now very curious and worried about is related to the Player Owned Farm. I have been selling adolescent Black Dragons to her for years. A queen would have the concerns of the kingdom's safety with the wilderness just to the north. So I must ask; where is this dragon army she has?

I am pretty sure a Queen can afford to build a Player Owned Dungeon. She doesn't have to tap into the royal coffer anyway when she has at least level 90 Slayer so gp and beans aren't a problem. She just need to release the dragon she buys, kill them until she gets the souls.
