Outrageous, over the top, ludicrous, hysterical, unbelievable, Jagex have completely lost their minds.

The result is an experience you have to see to believe. They said to turn your music on. Like there was no music during the quest so I was puzzled for a while.

My first impression was to suggest that when we get an option to travel with Adrastaeia, the options should be:

1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Logout of the game.

But by the end I was ready to give a standing ovation. Not for the quality, but just for the entertainment value.

No music? Have you checked the audio device of your computer? There has always been music in all RS3 content.

RS3 Wiki also gives credit to Mod Surma for Audio Composition:

https://runescape.wiki/w/Succession#Credits

Are you sure your audio device is OK? Or you think the RS Wiki is wrong?

Let me give you and your audio device A Song of Hope:

I'm good. The new music came at the end. The quest just kept continuing, which had me laughing.

Good to hear you are good and your audio device still has A Song of Hope. Good that Mod Surma still receives credit on his interest working on RS3 content despite he is listed as an OSRS Jmod.

Yes I was very impressed and entertained with this quest. For sure a 10/10. The voice acting, stunning visuals, and indeed the song. I agree with Roddy Piper-standing ovation. Jagex and all those involved can be proud for a well done quest.

I started this one with the mindset of reading it all, avoiding the guide and just experience what they offered. It didn't take long to turn me against them.

Spacebar Girl Reva AKA Adrasteia who was randomly inserted into the story, further inserts herself here. Doesn't bring any guards along, nope. Just tagging along. And not for even 1 second will I believe she is too busy to ever leave the castle. Saradomin was missing for 9 months and the only one who noticed was me, and only because I got lost while trick-or-treating.

My worst fears were realized after this, as I was being sent to Sennisten. Not only can't I spell it, but I don't even know what year it is in there. Which way is North. It wasn't long before the whole thing came to a grinding halt.

The puzzle, which was being remembered by Reva, soon to be known as Maki Ito. I obviously thought my goal was to pull the crate out of there. I knew that wasn't going to happen so I was forced to the guide. Which showed the solution was far easier than anything
I had imagined.

Next up they said go to a library. I naturally assumed it was here in Sentissen. I was never more relieved than when I saw in the guide it was actually Menaphos. I got connections there.

This part ended with shield combat. Which is a great decision for a quest. There was more of it later and I liked it, But don't expect me to be making an ability bar. No time for that.

After slapping Trindine around a little, we had a big adventure in the wild. Where I sat around drinking tea. Watching Reva collect a bunch of ores, smelt them in the hot sun, and then make me a proper set of lvl 20 gear. Was awesome.

Little puzzle. Big explosion. Then we had a seating arrangement puzzle. I had trouble USING the guide. No big deal but I wasn't really going to talk to all of those people. Not this late into the game.

The surprise main event featured AEW guest star Maki Ito singing live while chaos erupts all around her. Foreign objects, crutches, botches, every moment more glorious than the previous one. In the end she bops someone in the head with her little microphone, causing the crowd to erupt in joy.

OR in this case it was Spacebar Girl singing to a crowd of peasants who I had gathered into a riotous mob just prior to the quest. They were all cheering for me, she just kept singing. Totally oblivious. Came from outer space for this? I mean, I know it is cold and dark up there, but at least she could go for a spacewalk occasionally.

The impending revolution was interrupted by something far more entertaining. Convicted felon and #2 on Runescape's Most Wanted MOIA showed up to commit even more dastardly deeds, to the point where I am filing for a restraining order. Keep her at least 500 squares away from me at all times.

One thing I didn't like is the chat options to be very mean to Reva. Like why would I tell her she is useless? She must realize that by now, and the devs FORCED me to say that by offering it.

Even I wouldn't have written that. It just seems so un-needed and out of place. Keep it funny.

IDK if it was intentional, but to me I felt a definite increase in quality as the quest went on. Like the first instances of fridge art become comic book cover art, then maybe something more. I don't want to give too much credit, but it felt like a transition into something different DURING the quest. That is good. Maybe.

It is a known fact Jagex dictated the outcome of quests and lore based content regardless what options they give or don't give us.

They don't give us the option to save Guthix. I don't want to kill the loyal Ardougne Guard Dog but I have to. Not that we have real choices because Jagex want the outcome to be the same for every player regardless of our choices.
