murder on the border is bugged, the ritual site blocks a npc. you cant talk to bianca to link the jewelry to her and now i cant even unlock the new skill which was why i came back to rs in the first place lol not a good first impression! anyone else know how to potentially work around this or am i stuck till whenever they fix it or the end of hween?

btw i did report the issue aswell using the report a bug thing. really hope they fix it i just wanted to try the new skill i dont care much for these holiday events

Yeah, I'm trying to finish the quest, but can't. It's incredibly frustrating, because this was easily preventable.
