Why can't the keys be purchased in the game after the update.

How did you access the interface to purchase the keys? If you mean TH keys, I have no problem getting to it through the TH interface - there is a "Get Keys" button on the top left corner of the TH interface.

As for other things, if you mean SGS, it can be accessed from the Marketplace interface. I have no problem with it either.
