I installed the new Jagex Launcher today. I have imported my character, but can't login. I'm told my password is incorrect. I tried resetting my password, I can enter a new password, confirm the new password, but the reset button doesn't work, there is just a no entry sign as my curser. I've uninstalled the new launcher and reinstalled. I've repaired the launcher. I've run as an admin. I've gone through the support section and I'm in an endless loop of 'reset password'. I can't submit a bug or tech report. I can't even login with the old runescape launcher. Please help
