Well... you know what is even more interesting?

There are many banks in the Fort but all the other banks are chests. Only there is a banker next to the Well in the center of it...

My guess is that Jagex incorrectly assumed players would use the open central area for portables and divines. I did see a guy there yesterday with a sad little fire. He looked lonely. Never uses treasure hunter keys. Never buys runecoins or bonds. Never pays extra for 'Premier' status or passes. Never will.

Wouldn't it be 10 times easier if they put a bank chest there instead of having us giving us a banker, especially when he is a named banker apparently wearing Zamorakian gloves in a Saradomin Fortress? O_o
