I am currently new lvl59. I am trying to upgrade my lvl2 weapons. I am stuck. I have all the materials and levels but no soul urn. What am I doing wrong?

Did you fill the soul urn by killing trolls and give it to him? If so, he takes it and teaches you how to upgrade your items, don't click away when he is talking.

Go to the soul forge with your items (not urn) and drop-down menu to level 30 and see what it says, if you still need to learn it then talk to Kili again about current tasks. Have all your level 20 items in your backpack when you click the forge.

If you lost your soul urn, you just need to talk to Kili again to get another one, the same way how lost quest/achievement items for whatever reasons are replaced.
