I won't even show up for on 20 year cape in march, I have had it with these events and my so called by a mod "rotten luck" I have won nothing in the years you have changed the events from everyone gets an event item (egalitarian) style, to creating a lottery system wherein some people seem to win every time and some never, it's like you have a two tired system, and if were not paying you hundreds of dollars every event, or an influencer, you will never see a win, I'm convinced of this, have grown extremely bitter, have cursed you out and such, now it's time to quit your crooked carnival.

rotten luck, is what it can be. if you roll a dice 20 times and not roll a 6, that is just rotten luck.

whats your kill counts in the monsters your tried to "win" in.

it does suck going dry on something. im currently over 900 kills on barrows on my osrs ironman with no verac skirt.

but its the way rng works unfortunately. doesnt mean im entitled to a drop etc.

Hardly everyone got a Halloween Mask or Party Hat in Runescape's first ever events since 2001.

Lottery system? I am not sure if you are talking about Raffles. RS3 doesn't run it now, and OSRS ran Boss Bash Raffle where only selected players can win prizes.

While many events in RS3 are RNG based, they aren't lottery system at all as RNG of each player is mutually independent of the others. There aren't fixed number of items to be won by lottery or raffle. Every one can be a winner, and playing absolutely too even without a membership.

So you might have seen somebody winning a Ensouled Pumpkin Mask, even on the RSOF, thanks for this RS3 event not being a "lottery" at all, everyone, including me and you can still win unlimited Ensouled Pumpkin Mask like this lucky person on Reddit who sold it for over 1 bil gp:

you can't guarantee yourself a rare, hence why its called a rare, some influencers buy thousands of rolls to get a better chance of obtaining something, but at the end of the day the odds remain the same, never won a rare on an event yet but i did get a x8 huge cashbag once on th which was around 100mil ish that was a few years ago but paid for my 200mil herblore

I once won a black santa hat on a roll. I don't remember exacly what I sold it for, but it was just after the event. Now it's 21b, and I believe I sold it for 300m or something back then.
