On 9th August 2023 I tried to Re-play quest - Broken home - for 2nd time - just to be Duped by Jagex Lack of fixing Bugs - I had that grand piano key in my invent -when I went into the piano key Room - the key was gone - I googled this & found out this Bug has Never been fixed by Jagex since - 2020 - https://www.reddit.com/r/runescape/comments/nfcv1z/broken_home_piano_key_bug/?rdt=49857

-Jagex please fix this !!! specially this Problematic quest that U set on a 37minute timer - not very Nice !!!

Yes , I did - they said they will not fix - here is direct abstract what they said -

We've thoroughly reviewed trades, drops, and other account behaviour and there is no evidence to suggest that any valid items were lost outside of intended game mechanics. As described in our lost items policy, we're only able to return eligible items that have been lost due to a recognised service disruption or confirmed bug.

Nope. Nothing is wrong, and we can reset the quest even if OP thinks something is wrong. There really should be no problem.
