BUG MASTER QUEST CAPE REQ

One of the requirements for master quest cape is "Research -Kharid-et". It shows I need to complete "Tomes of the Warlock" achievement in order to finish "Research -Kharid-et" which requires you to complete the quest of the same name. I have completed not only that quest but all quests however the "Tomes of the Warlock" achievement remains uncompleted, which causes "Research -Kharid-et" to remain uncompleted which prevents me from master quest cape. I have searched the internet for something maybe I have to do after to complete it but it even shows in my quest list as complete and google has provided no additional information. Am I missing something or is this bugged? I believe it is the latter as even upon reading my archaeology journal, under mysteries in Kharid-et these are all completed 100%.

Nevermind I did in fact figure out what I missed. I will attempt to update the wiki in order to make this more clear.
