So I am an old player returning and was sure I accepted to auto reduction from my bank account for member. Turns out, that failed...
I didnt recieve any mail about membership ending, nor saw it in the chat...
Do you miss out on the Loyalty points staffel if you're a non member for two days?
That would be pretty
as it doesnt feel like my faulth...
So far no new points were added. I just became member again.
Only the 500 I got from the first time.
