Is it still possible to get the monkey skull bone with the Holy Scarabs? Have used well over 5.5k of scrolls and still nothing.

There is a 16% chance of not getting an item with a drop rate of 1/3000 after 5.5k rolls. It is nothing uncommon.

I have like 3 from random zombie implings without going out of my way to catch them. I tried to be sneaky and put it in treasure chest to trade 1 to you but won't let me

It's not good for anything. The best 1 is the small ninja for the agility shortcut and the rest I never use anyway.
