Infernal PIckaxe changed form

Hi,

I have used my infernal pickaxe for a long time, and it has been uncharged all that time since I immediately burned through the charges. It has always looked like the default Infernal Pickaxe (uncharged), but now it suddenly looks like this version:

I didn't do that for sure. Any help in how that may have happened?
