I cannot submit a ticket to jagex because the link is broken and says doesn't exist in this location when i found the page which is extremely disappointing.

I was doing arch glacor and accidentally teleported out of the instance without looting my book of wen because i hit loot all but the inventory was full

I can submit a screenshot of the drop announcement, and can prove that there is no untradeable scripture on my account and no sale history of the book.

I've gone and moved this over to a better suited section for you. Account Help section is the wrong section.

As for your item you didn't pick up I'm sure thats it. You should always check loot before teleporting out of anywhere. I doubt even if you filled in a missing item Jagex wouldn't do anything as You left it and it's not a bug or glitch.

Not the news you want to see but thats how it goes sadly. You missed it.
