Jagex has said several times that they do not listen to riots/protests. Rather, they listen to well-written, constructive feedback and suggestions that clearly and calmly explain why you are unhappy and that offer workable solutions.

If you have constructive feedback to offer on the Christmas Event, you may do so in the Recent Game Updates Forum . Non-constructive feedback should be placed in the Rants Forum .
