Recently, my dad passed away and he has a runescape membership account. Is there a way to get his items onto my main account without getting in trouble by the Mods?

I am very sorry to read about your loss.

RuneScape accounts cannot be accessed by anyone other than their owner.
This means that your fathers account becomes inactive if he has died.

The executor of his estate can contact Jagex to cancel the membership or maybe deactivate the account.
Noone can access it or remove items or gp from it as the account is not part of his estate and cannot be inherited.
