Mods Raven and Shrike have returned, after leaving Jagex together about a year ago.

Both Jmods were involved in lore and narrative design before they left Jagex. Mod Skrike is back to RS3 and working on the next Necromancy update coming in November 20. Mod Raven is currently working on an unannounced project and not Runescape, but no saying Granny Potterigton won't continue his narrative in the not too distant future, and Mod Raven can voice act for multiple projects too.

My take is this is a good sign to Jagex as seemingly they still have some financial muscles to flex on staffing. It is also very good turn of event for players who enjoy the stories and narratives as Jagex seemingly aren't about eventscape like Hero Pass and Legaues to try to earn a few quick $$$.

This is genuinely exciting and things like this are great for our community, collectively. ^_^

Yes, certainly great to have Jmods who injected different personalities into different NPCs. Not just Potteringtons but also like Thok was created from the idea of a Golden Retriever with horns. :D

Maybe we get more creative ideas to POF, Avainaises, Thok and the likes from Mod Raven later? It will be really nice.
