I am having this same issue. I decided to link the account that I am having this same issue logging into with onto my Jagex Launcher account, in which I was successfully able to change the email I had the account linked to it and have it listed with my other accounts that I have on my Jagex Launcher acount. All of my other accounts are logging in just fine, but for this particular account, the same one I am using and currently logged into with to write all this, cannot access the game itself, as of now. Theoretically considering if someone else managed to gain my game login credentials, in which I have no idea how, and they are still logged in, and that is the true reason why I cannot access my own player account, then by the time they sign out, they should not be able to sign back in using those old credentials since I have updated them whilst signed into my Jagex Launcher account. Only time will tell, it has been an hour and it say I am either already signed in, or simply just unable to connect. Login server offline, while I have my other accounts signed in and playing just fine. I initially did not want to link this account onto the Jagex Launcher, but if I am hacked this should theoretically solve the issue in due time. Unless something else is going on I do not know. I will keep this updated for whoever can read it. I have not been able to find a way to contact any customer service in any way that I could find. If there is anything I am missing please let me know.
